1. MO Customs Computers Delivery Information:

1.1 What is your estimated delivery time?
We aim to deliver your computer to you within 7 working days. This is fast as delivery dates for custom built PCs are normally 1-2 weeks. Components are usually dispatched within 1-4 working days. Please note that once the order is dispatched we send out an email notifying you that it will arrive the next working day.

1.2 How much is your delivery?
We offer free delivery for orders over £900; otherwise delivery is calculated at the checkout subject to the total weight of the order. We normally ship your item using DHL however we may use UPS depending on availability. (See Terms and Conditions)

1.3 How do I know the date and time my order will be delivered?
A confirmation email is sent when your item is dispatched via next working day service. Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify a specific time for delivery. The delivery company will attempt to deliver the goods between 9am to 6pm. If you miss a delivery the consignment will be delivered to the local depot and delivery will be re-attempted the next working day however this may change depending on the situation.

1.4 Can I have my order delivered to an address other than the card address?
We allow you to specify a different delivery address. However, we may need to conduct security checks to guard against fraudulent transactions. This will delay the order however in such an event; you will be alerted of this.

2. Sales and Orders Information:

2.1 How do we offer such low prices?
Each of the computers we manufacture has been custom built to our customers' specifications. We provide the best quality components from the best brands such as Intel, AMD, Corsair and ASUS. Our customer friendly, easy-to-use website provides an excellent service and after sales technical support. We hope that by the time you have decided on what computer you wish to purchase, we have helped you learn a little more about what exactly your computer will contain.

2.2 So what else do you offer?
With every computer purchased from us you will get telephone technical support and a superb after sales customer service. We offer a more personal service than other companies, which we believe is important. Many of the computers we build cannot be bought in the shops and are only available from MO Customs Computers as we concentrate in selling high performance computers for the home/office users, gamers and professional digital photo/video editors.

2.3 Do you offer buy now pay later scheme or charge credit card fees?
We do not offer credit services. All goods must be paid in full before dispatch. We do not impose fees for any payment method used. There are normally fees within processing card payments however MO Customs Computers will not charge you for this.

2.4 Why is our website hosted in U.S.?
MO Customs Computer's website is hosted in the U.S. to allow better connection speeds to a larger array of countries that what UK can provide. The geographical location of "MO Customs Computers LTD website" has absolutely no bearing on the nature of our operations and as stated we are based in the UK and such we only deliver to mainland UK. 3. Additional Information about Our PC's:

3.1 Which PC should I choose?
Depending on how much you want to spend will dictate how good your PC will be. Our Value/Home range is the entry-level range designed for basic tasks such as home or office tasks. The Multimedia range are better for multimedia and light gaming, and the motherboard feature more upgrade potential for the future.

Our Gaming PCs are really for high end users that need a lot of power for games and demanding applications. Every PC can be customised to meet your requirements; most components can be altered including motherboard, PSU, case, hard drive, CPU and much more down to your windows logon.

3.2 Which type of PC would you recommend - Intel or AMD based?
Both AMD and Intel offer a great range of CPUs in terms of performance and reliability. We would recommend you choose a model that fits your budget and personal preference. At the moment the AMD Phenom CPU is regarded as the best in terms of value-for-money as it offers exceptional performance.

3.3 Can I upgrade my PC without invalidating the warranty?
You must contact MO Customs before attempting any upgrade. Certain parts of the PC can be upgraded without affecting the warranty, such as  hard drives and PCI cards, but Graphics Cards, CPU or Motherboards, if modified will VOID your warranty.
Make sure that proper precautions are taken when carrying out any upgrades, and the parts used are of high quality, not cheap or unbranded parts. If a warranty claim is made for a PC that has been upgraded and the fault can be directly/indirectly attributed to the upgraded part, then labour and any other associated costs will be levied and our warranty will be VOID. 3.4 What happens if I have a problem with my PC?
If you have a problem with the PC and require technical support you can get in touch with us via our email on the website or call us via the "contact us" section on the website.

We will reply with possible solutions, and if a hardware fault is confirmed by our technical support advisor we can proceed with warranty claim.
